MEMORIAM

MEMORIAM

MEMORIAM

Oldschool Death Metal

MEMORIAM need no introduction – they are living legends of Old School Death Metal and arguably the fastest and most creative band in the genre right now. MEMORIAM has built up their own loyal fan base over the past seven years and developed its own musical identity. RISE TO POWER will charge an open door, because in addition to the essential Death Metal groove, MEMORIAM becomes more variable with each additional song and keeps adding new dynamics to their sound – from brutal grooves to doomy-melodic parts up to aggressive Nordic riffing, RISE TO POWER is an extremely varied album.

TANKARD

TANKARD

TANKARD

Thrash Metal

In 1982, when four longhaired metal maniacs from Frankfurt am Main, Germany decided to found a band named TANKARD, nobody expected them to still be going three decades later. Not to mention being at the top of the German thrash metal scene! But they are still alive and kicking, and throughout these years there’s barely been a blip in their path! Today, when the routine of breaking-up, making a “reunion” and disappearing again seems to be the order of play for bands, TANKARD never joined this course of action and kept holding their flag of thrash metal high: a very respectable effort! NOT ONE DAY DEAD!

METAL CHURCH

METAL CHURCH

METAL CHURCH

Oldschool Heavy Metal

Born out of the West Coast Metal scene of the 80’s, Metal Church quickly became one of the standout talents of the genre. After signing a deal with Elektra records, they released two critically acclaimed albums, their self-titled release Metal Church and The Dark. With the heavy metal scene starting to rise in the U.S., Metal Church set out on a very successful tour with label mates Metallica. They tackled political and social issues of the day with the releases of Blessing In Disguise and The Human Factor. At a time when heavy metal bands moved from the underground and became part of the hair band/pop fad, Metal Church stayed true to their roots. In March of 2016 Metal Church released their eleventh studio album XI that reached #57 on the Billboard Top 200 and also landed on several other charts around the globe. Metal Church’s previous album Damned If You Do was the follow up to XI and landed on numerous charts around the globe in 2018. The album has been described as a cross between the band’s iconic Blessing In Disguise and The Human Factor albums.

END OF GREEN

END OF GREEN

END OF GREEN

Depressed Subcore from Germany

With their stoner goth, End of Green placed themselves in their very own pigeonhole right from the start back in 1996. The legendary debut “Infinity”, released by Nuclear Blast, is a massive bridge between the gothic doom walls of Type O Negative and the bone-dry desert groove of Kyuss. Big songs, lots of reverb and plenty of oomph, somehow lamenting like the weeping marble statue in the cemetery and yet nonchalantly fucked up like a reveller after a rather successful pub crawl. And yes, singer Michelle Darkness indeed sounds like he’s singing to us from a mouldy crypt. They are like the Lost Boys, only with guitars.
